Why Vector

A license, not a franchise. Leverage, not a logo.

The "train + license" space is crowded — EOS, ActionCOACH, Scaling Up, Sales Xceleration. Here's what's structurally different about Vector.

01

An OS for your business — not just frameworks for your clients.

Other licensors give you methodologies to run on your clients. You leave with slides and worksheets. Vector starts by installing a working operating system in your business — CRM, ops, finance, delivery, AI agents — across all five business disciplines. You eat your own cooking. You can't credibly install an OS for a client you don't run yourself. Whether you offer the OS to clients is your call — most Advisors find the client offer pays for the entire program in 1–2 engagements.

02

AI‑native delivery.

Vector OS™ ships with agents and automations baked in. The AI absorbs 30–40% of delivery hours, which means you can profitably serve a $1M‑revenue client that would be uneconomic for a traditional EOS Implementer. AI‑native firms scale 10× faster than methodology‑without‑software firms — Vector puts you on the right side of that line.

03

Bring‑your‑own‑brand. Vector branding is fully optional.

Every comp on the market requires you to operate under their mark. We don't. Run the entire program white‑label under your firm name and Vector never has to appear externally. (If you want the Vector mark and ecosystem signaling, opt in any time at no extra cost.)

04

No royalty on your client work.

Every dollar you charge a client is yours. We don't take a percentage. We earn through the platform fee and per‑client OS activations. If you grow, we both win — but we don't tax your revenue.

05

Vector competes for no clients.

We don't run a direct‑service practice that competes with you for deals. All inbound routes to the network. Compare to comps where the platform owner is also the biggest competitor on the field.

06

No territories, no exclusivity, no FDD.

This is a software + IP license, not a franchise. You don't buy a territory. You don't owe a percentage. You don't fill out FDD compliance reports. You run your business.

Frequently asked

The short answers.

Do I have to use the Vector brand?

No. White‑label is the default. You can run everything under your own firm name and never mention Vector to a client. The methodology and OS are licensed; the brand is optional. If you want to use the Vector mark or be listed in the Vector Advisor directory, you can opt in any time at no extra cost.

Is this a franchise?

No. This is a software license + IP license + optional trademark license. There's no FDD, no territory, no royalty on your client revenue. You run your own business.

Do you take a cut of my client revenue?

No. Every dollar you charge your clients is yours. Vector earns through the platform subscription and per‑client OS activation fee (which you can pass through to clients as a setup line item). When Vector itself delivers a Foundations engagement on your behalf, we share revenue — but only on Vector‑delivered work.

What if I already use EOS, Scaling Up, or my own methodology?

Vector is non‑exclusive. Most established consultants blend Vector with their own IP and any methodology they've already built. The OS and AI workflows work alongside whatever framework you bring. The exception: you can't actively market a competing operating system, but you can use any methodology you want with clients.

What if it doesn't work out?

Annual term with a 90‑day exit clause. If you decide it's not the right fit inside the first 90 days, you can step out. We're not optimizing for retention by friction — we want Advisors who actively want to be in the network and for whom licensing dramatically grows their business.

Ready to apply?

Five questions. We're optimizing for fit: we take on a small number of licensees so we can support each one deeply in building a thriving practice. If both sides are aligned after a 30‑minute conversation, you're in.
